Mivan Prime Secures ‘The Bluff’ Project

Mivan Prime has secured its first contract operating under its new brand which was launched earlier this year. The project known as ‘The Bluff’ is in excess of £3.1million and is an individual development located in Chinnor, Oxfordshire for a private client.
The project has just started on-site and will complete in October 2011. The scope involves the demolition of an existing house and replacement with ultra-contemporary, 5 bedroom house set into the hillside. Some of the features in this striking project will include a library, swimming pool and grass roof. Mivan Prime will be acting as principal contractor, responsible for the full scope including build, M&E, joinery manufacture and interior fit-out.
The project team includes quantity surveyors Potter Raper Partnership, executive architects Johnston Cave Associates, design architects Lazzarini Pickering and project managers Pantelli Associates. Mivan is currently working with the same design architect and quantity surveyor on another residential project at Chesham Place in Belgravia involving a penthouse fit-out.
